It’s been a long while, but this inspired me to resurrect these noble, quintessentially Chennai birds. ps: Kashmiri Pulao – a very fancy pulao from Kashmir whose recipe includes a huge assortment of dry fruits and nuts. It is a dish that every one loves to see in a restaurant menu, but nobody actually orders it, and even if they do, people rarely finish eating it.
